So, I completely forgot that students are coming over tonight for hot pot. They just showed up, and they borught a lot of food. They are making me hot pot, and dumplings. They are in my kitchen right now.
Two of them are from Szechuan Province, so they really know how to make Hot Pot. One of them is a girl from a central province known for its food. She is coming with more food later. They even brought a Beijing Duck, imported from Beijing.
