Dean Chu and His Wife Took Me to Pizza Hut

Dean Chu promised to take me to Pizza Hut, but he was in Beijing, doing research, last week. So today he told me he would take me. After class, I met him downstairs, at the school of law and politics. His wife was with him, so we all got in the car and headed to Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut here is a fine dining experience. They have waiters, fancy menus, and a nice decor.


After dinner, they took me shopping, at RT Mart, a Taiwanese grocery store/everything under the sun store, in the downtown area, right next to Pizza Hut. The Dean heard about the pickpocketing, so I suppose he wanted to make things right, and to show some compassion.
