So, I met Lisa at the computer market at Three Stations about two weeks ago. She had me come over for dinner tonight. She lives with her mother and father. I met her at my apartment and we took a taxi to her home. Her mother and father were waiting inside, and her mother was preparing food. She made some delicious dumplings and salted sugary roasted peanuts, lamb meat balls and mushrooms, celery and pork, noodles and pork, and eggs/tomatoes/bell peppers.
Lisa's father liked me very much. We drank some Baiju, Chinese alcohol, and some wine, and smoked a bunch of cigarettes. Her father offered me his American cigarettes, that he had received as a gift. he got very excited and kept talking to me in Chinese, and Lisa tried to translate, which was always, "I love the foreigner".
